The Usage Reports dialog box provides dynamic information about catalog usage. You can view a Summary report that displays a summary of catalog activity based on the following periods:
Monthly (default). The monthly display is chronological, with the last active month (in which Views or Downloads occurred) listed first.
Quarterly. The quarterly display uses 1- 4 to represent each quarter. The display is chronological, with the last active quarter (in which Views or Downloads occurred) listed first.
Yearly. The years are listed chronologically, with the last active year (in which Views or Downloads occurred) listed first.
To change the usage view:
Select one of the time period options to update the table.
You can view catalog usage statistics based on the following:
Based on the time period you select (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly), you see the following time-specific information in any of the usage reports:
Views Only. The number of times a catalog model was viewed. This number includes 2D or 3D viewing, viewing configurations, or generating configurations views.
Downloads Only. The number of times files were downloaded from the catalog. This number includes 2D or 3D downloads of any configuration.
Views/Downloads. Includes both the number of times a catalog model was viewed, and the number of times files were downloaded from the catalog.
Click Download Report and select:
Download as CSV to create a comma delimited text file you can import into Excel.
Download as XML to create a report for any application that supports XML.
The header in the first column is based on the type of report selected. The remaining columns are based on the time horizon and the date, but are constant for all report types.
To sort columns:
Click on any topic header to switch the sort order.
The default sort order is descending.
