If you assign the same number to multiple
models, those models are sorted alphabetically.Go to: Catalog tab>Reorder Categories/Models>select a category.
The Reorder Models dialog box lets you specify the order in which models are displayed by changing the number adjacent to the model. This process is particularly useful when you want certain models with frequent downloads or high visibility to always appear at the top of the list in the category to which they belong.
You can also reorder categories.
If you assign the same number to multiple

To reorder models:
From the Reorder Categories dialog box, select a category.
The Reorder Models dialog box appears listing the models in the category.
Edit the numbers next to the entries.
Click Preview.
When you click Preview,
the application assigns a new sequence of numbers starting with 1. Until
you click Save, your site is unaffected,
so you can preview as many numbering sequences as required to achieve
the desired results.
Examine the order and repeat, if necessary.
Click Save to make the changes permanent.
To revert to the last saved order:
Click Reset.
To return to the list of categories:
Click Back.
